They have 3 MCC Bubbly's to taste & a selection of wines. The route will differ with each tour, but this is a suggested route for a STB based Sparkling Sensation tour.

Stop At: The Stellenbosch Village Museum, 18 Ryneveld Street, Stellenbosch 7600 South Africa
We will visit Stellenbosch town only if you are based in Cape Town for a pickup point. We can stop for a glass of MCC at one of the 3 wine bars in town. Bartinney is a good example.

Stop At: Saltare Wines, 30 The Avenue, Stellenbosch 7600 South Africa
We visit Carla, a lady winemaker. Only open by appointment. She makes 5 star MCC. Her tasting studio is in town in Die Laan. You will learn lost from her or her husband. If they can not accommodate on a specific date - we will select another producer.

Stop At: Simonsig, Kromme Rhee Road, Stellenbosch 7605 South Africa
Lunch at Cuvee, Simonsig Estate. Simonsig produces the first MCC in South Africa called, Kaapse Vonkel. You will enjoy lunch here for 1 hour 30 min on your own account.

Stop At: Villiera Wines, Corner of R304 and R101, Koelenhof, Stellenbosch 7605 South Africa
Nougat & MCC pairing OR chocolate & MCC pairing. This is a fabulous way to end the day with something sweet and some bubbles!!! Only available Monday to Saturday.

- The focus will be on Sparkling wine, but some wine, like white and red will also be available to taste at selected estates.
