Great start through Stockholm streets with a knowledgeable guide. The boat ride was a little too long because of going through the locks twice and the narrative was pre-recorded.
I am advising all travelers not to choose this Shore Excursion. They are so disorganized and not helpful at all. I paid for the Boat trip and I was not able to do it, there was no time. WARNING......DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION. Take the Red Hop On Hop Off Bus and the boat, they are organized and it is very reasonable price and they will pick you up at the pier when the ship arrive.. I am very upset because I could not do the boat trip and I will not get at least half of my payment back do to a lack of organization. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXCURSION, it is a rip off.
We were never picked up and ended up paying another guide. We received no satisfaction when we call about the problem. As we made very clear when making the arrangements we had a disabled gentleman with us who was not able to walk.
