Alsace Wine and Cremant Tasting

We will meet in Gerardmer or at our farm in La Forge.
In 1 1/2 to 2 hours we will give you a: 

General explanation on wine tasting and food pairings
General explanation on the Alsace wine region and the variety of wines that are produced there.
Tasting and comparison of the seven officially allowed grapes of Alsace.
Of course we will also taste the "Alsatian Champagne" called Cremant
Tasting of several Grand cru's
Tasting of late harvest wines

Of course we will supply you with some bread and water.
On request we can also supply cheeses and or patisserie
And if you want to have lunch or dinner afterwards we can also be of service!
