South of Island Bike Ride (Koh Samui)

The bike rides start anytime between 9-5 from our shop in Namueng. There are many different routes to choose from. Most routes are very good riding & have sealed road. There is some sandy tracks & offroad adventure available if you want too. There are long routes & short route & feel free to ride how you like.

There are many temples to visit like the Mummified Monk, Laem Sor Pagoda & Chinese Temple of Guanyin. There are waterfalls on the mountain side & fresh running streams in many places. Buffalo's & horses in the paddocks & the odd pig. You'll have to avoid a few chickens & geese too which wander on the road from time to time. You can stop off & have a look anywhere you want. Southern Attractions include Samui's water reservoir, Tiger Zoo, Snake farm, Rum Distillery & various coconut farms ! Dotted between the coconuts is beach huts & 5 start resorts. Plenty of Muma & Papa shops to grab some water. On the way to BangKao you can ride along the beach or along the sandy paths the locals use. There are a few speed boats here & a restaurant.

There is not much traffic on the Southern side of the island & that's one reason it is great riding !
