Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes before the meeting time, no cancelation and refund will be accepted for any no shows or late
The hot air balloon is inflated by hydrogen or helium and is fixed with cables. Rest assured that the experience is safe
You are requested to spread out and not gather up at any part of the hot air ballon to keep it balanced
You are not allowed to pull the rolls of the hot air ballon
Please hold onto the handrail firmly when the hot air balloon lands on the ground.
The hot air balloon will fly up to 150 meters.
The hot air balloon flight experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes and will remain at its maximum height for 5-7 minutes only
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
