About this activity
Book your Sydney city tour and Sydney Harbour luncheon cruise for the date of your choice, then make your booking for the Blue Mountains day tour for the consecutive day or a date within seven days of your Sydney city tour. With this combination of top tours, you get to experience much more of Sydney and the Blue Mountains while enjoying great savings.

Day One: Morning Sydney City Tour and Sydney Harbour Luncheon Cruise (6 hours)

After pickup from your centrally located Sydney hotel, start your half-day Sydney city tour aboard a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Head to The Rocks for a short walking tour around the historic neighborhood where Sydney began. Then drive by the Sydney Opera House, Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, Kings Cross and much more while listening to commentary from your knowledgeable guide.

Enjoy many photo ops, including a stop at Mrs Macquarie's Chair for superb views of Sydney Harbour and the skyline, before driving through the exclusive suburbs of Double Bay and Vaucluse en route to Bondi Beach, one of Australia's most famous beaches. Have 30 minutes at your leisure to stroll around Bondi Beach before returning to Sydney to meet your boat for the luncheon cruise.

Board your catamaran for the relaxing 2-hour cruise, which includes a seafood buffet lunch with fresh local seafood, hot and cold dishes, desserts and fruit. From the catamaran's expansive decks, take in all the sights of Sydney Harbour, such as Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and Fort Denison while learning the history of Sydney Harbour and its present-day highlights. Your tour finishes when you disembark at Circular Quay or King St Wharf, Darling Harbour.

Day Two: Blue Mountains Day Trip (10 hours)

Start with morning pickup at your Sydney hotel for your day trip to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park. Accompanied by an experienced guide, travel aboard a comfortable coach on a 1.5-hour drive to Leura for morning tea. Take the tree-lined Cliff Drive to arrive at Katoomba Scenic World and have time to ride on any of Scenic World’s three attractions (at own expense) or simply stroll along elevated walkways through lush rainforest. Next, purchase lunch at a restaurant that overlooks the Three Sisters rock formations and Jamison Valley, before heading to Echo Point for another view of these iconic sights.

On your way back to Sydney, stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can opt to hand-feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus then have your picture taken with a koala. Finish the day with a relaxing cruise down the Parramatta River to Sydney Harbour. Tour will conclude at either King Street Wharf in Darling Harbour or at Circular Quay.

Just arrived in Australia and spent the first two days on this attraction. Learned a lot of information so now I want more about Australia.

After a bad start, the 1st day turned out fairly good. We were waiting inside the Radisson for the pick up, thinking the driver would come inside the hotel to get us. However, he didn't. I called to see what happened and they wanted us to walk to another pick up point. I refused and the driver came back to the hotel. After that the tour went well. We enjoyed the walking part in the Rocks area and the drive through the city. The views from the park were great. We then went on the Harbour cruise. The lunch buffet was very nice as well as the cruise. The 2nd day started very well as we were transferred to a double decker coach. The seats were assigned, so there was no choice. We were placed in the back top deck with a lot of crying babies and the coach motor vibrated at a stop, so the back top deck was not a pleasant place to be. We found out that the three attractions at the Scenic World was not included and was an additional $49. We were the only couple to not do the additional attractions as we had just done a simular tour in Karanga Rain Forest. The place was so crowded, the couples who had bought the tickets had to wait in line for almost an hour to come back up and didn't even have time for lunch. So we made the smart choice. Echo Point was a great spot with beautiful views and the walk down to the 3 sisters and honeymoon bridge was great. We loved Featherdale Wildlife Park and wished we could have stayed longer. The river cruise was also great. I would recommend this tour, but if Scenic World is crowded, don't buy the ticket for the 3 attractions.

I believe this is the best deal you can get. We had different guides and bus drivers on each day but they were all really nice and knowledgeable. The cruise with seafood lunch buffet was a nice experience. I just want to suggest that the stop over to Leura be longer. We were given 45mins and we had to walk going to the toilet, search for a cafe to eat and walk back to the bus. I was not able to enjoy my delicious breakfast as we had to rush back to the bus. I think at least an hour would have been sufficient. Nonetheless, my mom and I are very happy and satisfied with this 2-day combo tour.

Overall both tours were great. The lunch in the boat was good. The only I am not happy with there was a Spanish interpreter on the back of the bus and sinchronically did loud interpretation. I was on the back of our small bus and could not understand the guide, in English. I understand it was necessary to put small groups together, but if I knew how it was going to be we would choose another tour. Thank you!

Wish the day tour was a bit longer, Greg was helpful and gave a good history, really liked the walking tour too. Tony, the next day, was great and really funny. He has a red carpet for the tour! Only downside is I wish the cost of Scenic World was included. I would definitely do it again though.

A great two day tour showing highlights of Sydney. Our driver/guide Tony was excellent - Very friendly and made everyone feel at home. Featherstone was great hand feeding kangaroos and koalas, but could have done with longer there.

I enjoy being treated like an adult and spoken to like one as well, but when the driver started talking to the group in a condescending manor as if we were children and telling us what to do and what not to do, I quickly lost interest in the tour. There is a good way to tell your passengers you will not baby sit their kids while the parents are sight seeing and there is a condescending way, which our driver was. This was during my day one Sydney City Tour. The sights were OK, however I would probably would have benefited more from a hop on hop of bus. The Blue Mountain day trip was just ok, Federdale Nature park needs better upkeep of the premises and the animals .

If you only have two days to tour Sydney, this is an excellent value with minimal downsides. The visit to the animal park on the Blue Mountain tour is outstanding providing wonderful photo opportunities with Koalas and Kangaroos. However, the commentary providing during the boat ride lunch tour in Sydney; is difficult to hear. Depending on where you are sitting, it cannot be understood at all. The boat ride on the return to Sydney from the Blue Mountain tour is a waste of time. There are too many people crowded together in the seats. They keep the lights on inside the boat to keep the bar open and you cannot see anything from the middle seats. My wife and I would rather remain on the bus for the return to Sydney. The bus was more comfortable and we could see the countryside.

Our drivers were terrific and every stop was a wonderful experience. Would do this again and suggest that everyone who visits Australia for the first time do these tours. Incredibly time well spent.

I can't rave enough about this tour! We had 3 days in Sydney and this seemed like a great tour for 2 of them. Our guide Tony on Day 1 was terrific and informative; lots of great dad jokes haha. We did a walking tour of the Rocks (with the wonderful Catherine as our guide) and learned about the interesting history of Australia. We stopped by Mrs. Macquarie's Chair for a fantastic view of the Opera House and Bridge. Then went to Bondi Beach where we walked to the end to see Iceburgs Pool. The day wrapped with a lovely 2-hour harbour cruise that had a surprisingly delicious buffet and dessert. Day 2 was lead by Vince, who was extremely knowledgeable. We drove to the Blue Mountains. My tip: limit the rides because the lines are long. The real highlight was the boardwalk through the rainforest; I wish we'd focused our time doing that and the overlook. Do the Waradah show if you can to see a nice (somewhat cheesy) play about Australia's history. There's a great scene with a Didgeridoo performance. Lastly we headed to Featherdale Wildlife Reserve which has native animals, some I never knew existed! The perfunctory Australia photo with a koala made a really nice souvenir. We felt like we hit all the Sydney highlights with this tour, and were impressed with the stops and the guides. It's a fantastic value, too. IMPORTANT DEPARTURE TIP: If you don't opt for hotel pickup, the meeting point is behind the aquarium, *under* the overpass, on Wheat Street. It's a bit of a challenge to find, so give yourself extra time to get there.

Thanks for the introduction to Sydney and surrounding areas to include an awesome trip to the Blue Mountains and Reptile park. The tours were conducted by excellent guides, well planned, long tiring day, but well worth the investment in time and $$.

Tony P was an excellent guide. He was very accommodating and knew his stuff. He even gave us pointers on how to make use of our time to see as much of Sydney’s attractions.
