Filming Very Likely
This tour gives fans the opportunity to see Home and Away filming in action!! Although we can not 110% guarantee it, we are confident that the Mondays and Tuesdays marked on the calendar are very likely filming days. The tour option gives people the CHANCE to see filming and to meet one or more of the Home and Away cast, as well as getting some awesome pics! We can’t be sure who you will see on the day, but if you get a photo with someone famous it will surely make your day!
Meet & Greet Fan Favourite
Want a meet and greet with a fan favourite who used to be on Home and Away? There is no filming at Palm Beach on Wednesdays and Fridays, but we have lined up a meet and greet with a Home and Away fan favourite on these days and unique access to the Morgan Garden for Q&A, autographs and all-important photos!
Surf Club VIP Access
Unfortunately, there is no filming or meet and greet on Saturdays, but the tour does include VIP access to the Summer Bay Surf Club and lunch. A unique invite into this famous location gives fans the best view of the stunning Summer Bay beach - a place very few Home and Away fans have ever been before! The Tour includes lunch at this iconic filming location and of course countless awesome photo opportunities!
Reduced Rate, Filming Unlikely
Filming occurs on almost all Mondays and Tuesdays, however there are certain times of the year (e.g. 2 weeks in July and around Christmas time) when the Production takes a break. On these days the Tour is available at a reduced rate. Despite no filming, (or meet and greet) we PROMISE that you will still have a VERY special day at Summer Bay!

- Please note, the tour named "Filming Very Likely” applies to MOST Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year. Unfortunately we can not GUARANTEE that filming will take place on these days because..... 1. On the day of the tour, bad weather causes filming to be cancelled. If this occurs, please email info@flamingalahtours.com.au to request $30 per adult and $15 per child refund. 2. Channel 7 inform Flamin' Galah Tours with several days (or weeks) notice, that filming will not occur. In this instance, Flamin' Galah Tours will do their best to arrange a Home and Away fan favourite to be present on the tour for a "Meet and Greet" experience, in lieu of no filming. Strictly, no refund will be provided in this instance.

This tour was fantastic. Tour guides were very informative and made you feel welcome. We were lucky there was filming that day and got to meet and chat to Irene, Leah, Dean and young Bella. Got photos with them too. Also saw Colby but he didn’t stop. Highly recommended for fans of Home and Away.
Really enjoyed the tour and got to see some beautiful places. Tour guides very informative, friendly, funny and welcoming.
It was great seeing the actual Palm beach otherwise known as Summer bay. The pier is a coffe and bar and nothing like the actual coffee shop. The only negative thing was it was just after Easter and so didnt see any filming.
A very informative tour with excellent staff. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the programme and kept everyone together. It was nice to be dropped off at Manly beach.
This trip was so much better than expected as we met some of the cast of Home and Away! Pick up in Sydney was straightforward and the weather was perfect for the trip to Palm Beach seeing other stunning beaches on the way. We were told that a film crew would be joining us as they were filming for a special 30th anniversary programme to be shown mid March. It was great fun for us all on the minibus to Sing the Home and Away theme song! Near the beach, Justin and Robbo hopped on board for a quick chat. It was great seeing the bait shop and filming taking place. We were lucky to meet Ray Meagher aka Alf Stewart who was so friendly and took the time to chat to us all and have photos taken with us. Some of the production crew were also on board to give us background information about the programme too. All in all it was a perfect trip and the drop off in Manley with ferry back to Sydney ended a perfect afternoon and early evening.
Tour was ok. Tour guides were very knowledgeable but I wouldn't insist anyone do they tour unless they are a BIG home and away fan.
The icing on the cake for me was they were actually filming and I had my photo taken with Robbo. The disappointment for me was that we didn't get off the coach to take photos of the hoses, may be that could be included next time.
The tour was not what i expected, id suggest getting a bus down and doing what you want to do. Will save you alot of money and will have a better time
