On this slow travel tour, you will experience a rare hands-on opportunity to learn how tofu is made from Daxi locals, starting with a DIY tofu skin experience. Afterwards, enjoy a Taiwanese lunch with tofu-themed sweets and treats! Then, meet the town's master woodworkers and make your very own tofu mold in a DIY woodshop class before using it to cook your own bean curd. Relax with afternoon tea at a hand-built teahouse and a tour of Daxi's organic agricultural culture before heading back to Taipei.
