Take the elevator up to the observatory right after redeeming your physical tickets
If your plans change and you want to visit before the date you booked, you will need to request the change at the web ticket counter directly, yet it is subject to availability
You must enter within 30 minutes of your ordered time. If you miss the time, tickets must be redeemed at the ticket counter manually
Free admission for children under the height of 115 cm. Children must be accompanied by one paying adult
