Daxi Old Tea Factory was built in 1926 which marked the glorious history of Daxi tea manufacturing. The exterior of the building used India’s Darjeeling tea factory as its blueprint and the entrance is integrated with the Japanese and Taiwanese architectural styles. The space setting covers tea, restaurants, stores, tea libraries, tea houses, multimedia rooms, etc., and transforms into a concept complex of natural farming awareness combined with sightseeing factories. You will get the information about how people in Taiwan produced various types of tea around a century or so ago by visiting the factory.

Daxi Old Street is a historical attraction, is located in Daxi District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Also, it is the earliest development of Taoyuan which used to be a bustling hub for tea trades and camphor.

There are a lot of must-eat food in Daxi Street which are the dried tofu, peanut, salty rice pudding and soybean pudding. You can taste all along the street!

Stop At: Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry-Taipei Shilin Branch, No. 546, Wenlin Rd., Shilin Dist 4f, Taipei 11159 Taiwan

Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake & Pastry has two branches in Taiwan, one in Shilin District, Taipei and another one is in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City. The ancestor of Kuo Yuan Ye moved from Zhangzhou to Taiwan in 1708. and started the family business of bakery. In 2001, the family established bakery museum in Yangmei District as Taiwan first bakery museum. In 2002, the Shilin branch of the bakery museum was also founded. In the museum, Not only you can know history of Kuo Yuan Ye, but also you can experience baking Taiwanese pineapple shortcakes with your hands.

Xiao Wulai Skywalk, located in Fuxing District of Taoyuan City, is famous travel

destination in Taoyuan. The skywalk which made of tempered glass, standing on the

transparent skywalk, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the spectacular river valley.

It is worth to visit once in Taoyuan City.
