The tour day will start at the meeting point, where our friendly staff will be smiling upon your arrival. After meet & greet the transfer to Rummu adventurecenter will take approximately one hour. You will arrive in a private property, which back in the Soviet Union times used to be a old prison. As the prisoners left the premises in a hurry and the lake was flooded straight after, all the treasures all still well preserved underwater. The quarry itself is known for its amazing visibility and crystal clear water. It truly feels like an underwater museum with the number of buildings, prison wall, used machinery and equipment still in their original place. Scuba diving activities will start with a safety briefing. Our team will introduce you to the basic diving rules, diving equipment in order to demonstrate the proper behavior under the water. Diving takes place under the instructor’s control with a maximum depth of 6 meters. Swimming skills are not necessary, however state of health should be fine. Every participant will be underwater one vs one with our instructor, which increases the level of safety by significant margin.
