Tallinn 2.5-Hour Bicycle Sightseeing Tour

2h30
About this activity
Once you meet at the designated meeting point (best is to come 10 minutes before the agreed meeting time), you can get ready for a great cycling experience.

You will be cycling mostly outside the Old Town, as that is more suitable for walking. You will see the Paks Margareeta (fat margaret's tower), Tallinn Power station (now cultural centre), Kadriorg park, Kadriorg Palace (palace built for Catherine the first), Presidential Palace, Lauluväljak (song festival grounds, home of the singing revolution), Maarjamäe soviet-era WWII memorial, Pirita beach, 1980, Moscow Olympic sailing venue and then returning via seaside promenade and Amandus Adamson's Russalka monument.

We did this tour in early October and found it to be very slow paced. We saw some interesting things, but overall It was OK, but not great. I'm afraid I cannot really recommend it.

Kristina who was escorting us did a great job. We thoroughly enjoyed the bike trip as went with a large group though we were taken care off by Kristina anf the guide. Highly recommended

Nice idea, but the real action in this city is in the Old Town period.

This was a great experience and almost easy pedaling everywhere but for 5 euros we upgraded on site to electric assist bikes and was fantastic! Our tour was led by great English speaking lady who led us from stop to stop and saw old and new Tallinn.

Our tour guide was George and the trip was just ok. Since it was raining most of the time that might have impacted our trip. It took me 5 times to find a decent bike and even that had squeaky breaks. We were not provided rain gear, vests, or helmets. The highlight was going to a grocery store parking lot to watch folks from Helsinki load their purchased liquor into buses. Mostly we road around busy streats with lots of construction outside the city. I recommend just walking around the old city which is lovely.
