Overall, the bus was a convenient way to go through the city and suburbs. I would have preferred the buses running every 30 minutes versus having to wait an hour to catch a bus to get back to our ship.

April visit, check the opening times of the venues you wish to visit, if they’re closed it’s an hour to wait for the next bus. So, complete the circuit and choose where to get off. But a great way to see the area, I loved it!

HOHO Bus is the way to go in Tallin. You can get off and explore the places that interest you and it covers three different routes. The best thing was it picked us up right at the cruise port!

The bus did not turn up - we were assured we were waiting at the right stop and waited 45 minutes and then asked at the information centre at the port - they seemed to know very little and couldn't help us. Eventually we decided not to waste any more of our few hours in Tallin and walked to the old town but would have seen much more of Tallin had the bus showed up

Although there are 3 different routes on this tour, we opted only to take the one around the forest area, which was well worth the trip.

One of the routes we took ended up in a traffic jam.....the route wasn't very good anyway, but wasted our valuable time. The first route around the main part of the city was very good.
