About this activity

You will be pick up in front of your hotel or beach house rental inside Playa Grande, Flamingo or Tamarindo Area. (15 minutes before the lesson in Playa Grande or 30 minutes before the lesson in Tamarindo o Flamingo). If you are staying further we can provide transportation for an extra cost or we can meet you in our office, steps from the beach on the main street of Playa Grande.
Lesson Schedule: 7am, 10am, 1pm or 4 pm.
You will arrive to the beautiful Playa Grande Marine National Park, directly to the best spot on the beach for your surfing level, away from the crowd.
Your Professional Surf Instructor will be waiting for you to start the lesson with a Safety Speeach and beach practice (15-20 minutes).
Then you are ready to jump in the water and start surfing.
In the middle of the lesson, we will take a break to eat fruits and drink water. You need to recover the energy. Also your instructor will give you some suggestions for you to improve faster.
After the break, the instructor will tech you how to catch your own waves depends on your performance.
At the end of the lesson we will stop at the office for you to take a shower and change your clothes. If you choose the surfing lesson + breakfast or lunch we will stop at the restaurant for you to enjoy a delicious typical lunch.
