Homemade Pasta Cooking Class and Lunch in Taormina

Enjoy a

3 hours cooking class with

granny Rosaria and the Chef of one of the most ancient restaurant of Taormina.

You will watch granny preparing the dough, cutting fresh pasta and you will make

fresh "maccheroni" or

filled pasta by yourself, according to typical sicilian tradition.

After your "cooking efforts" you will enjoy a

full lunch will follow consisting of the pasta you prepared during the lesson and some other specialties of the restaurant such as house starters, a second course, dessert, water and soft drinks.

The location is very suggestive, cause the Restaurant rises on the ancient Roman-Greek walls around the town of Taormina.

At the beginning of the course, you will be equipped with pen, notepad and apron personalized by the restaurant. At the end of the class, you will get your certificate of attendance, signed by the Chef.

Duration of the lesson: about 3 hours. Please allow about 1 hour four lunch.
