Great tour, recommended if you like sampling local wines.We had a good guide, a sommilier at a local Sicilian restaurant, very knowledgable about all wines.Our driver was also a sommilier and a very friendly chef. The middle stop was less than enthusiastic, but overall, the wines and snacks were excellent. Our group was small, 7traveling around with a small coach. SKIP THE LARGE BUS TOURS! YOU ARE ONLY A NUMBER! A very enjoyable day, not too long.
It was enjoyable and the weather couldn't be helped, nice lunch, but compared to other vineyard tours this is very expensive but what it was - I don't know who takes the mark up but I suspect its not the vineyards!

Really enjoyed the tour, one of our holiday highlights. Alex was brilliant, knowledgable and engaging. The wineries were all different and a very interesting mix, lunch in the third vineyard was excellent. Small group tour was also good as it was very personal. Would recommend.
Great tour! A must do
The tour was great; it was nice to see the Sicilian countryside and to taste some great wines. We definitely learned a lot about wine in general, but also specifically about Sicilian wine. It is a long day; we were picked up at 9am and got back at 4:30 so be prepared for that.
The guide was absolutely fantastic. He had a real passion for wine and immense knowledge. Terazze del etna was the star venue!
