About this activity
Our first stop will be in the winery, the local guide, an expert winemaker, will welcome you. You will start walking through the vineyards, where they will explain you all about the history of this millenary winery. You will learn how wine is done, from the vine to the wine.
While you are walking through the vineyards, you will visit the Romanesque church of San Juan Salem, inside the property.
After discovering all about how wine is done, you will taste four charming wines, accompanied by some gourmet delicatessen.
Then, you will learn all about sparkling wine (cava), visiting another historical winery specialized in cava.
You will have an exclusive opportunity to enter the Capella, the underground caves. Is the unique atmosphere of magical tranquillity created by the bottles in which this winery longest- aged cavas lay sleeping.
After visiting the cellar, the barrels rooms and the production plant you will taste four Gran Reserva Cava, accompanied with some tapas.
