Upon arrival, you will meet your local guide who will set you up to enjoy a seated personalized gourmet cheese and wine tasting held in the De Bortoli Trophy Room.
During your 60 minute session, taste a selection of current and older vintages; all served with a gourmet cheese platter.
Next, visit the De Bortoli's 'Locale' restaurant where you will enjoy a seasonal 3 course Italian-inspired chef's menu lunch with matched wines.
Tea and coffee are served with home-made biscotti to finish off your special day. There is the opportunity to purchase wines through Cellar Door and have them shipped overseas.
