About this activity
Itinerary

First stop on the tour is L’ Epicerie and French Delicatesson, Bakery, filled with French delights where they will put together a tasting platter so you can taste the exquisite French Food and cheeses they have on offer.

After that we’ll visit the Kohi point look out for stunning views of the Bay of Plenty and out to sea where you can see in distance the East Cape coastline, White Island the Bay of Plenty’s active Volcano and Moutohora Island a Wildlife Sanctuary. After that we drive around the Ohiwa Harbour, margins and on to the gateway of Te Urewera National Park. Here we’ll stop at Celestial Wines a little fruit winery for tastings. After that we wind our way back through the countryside to Blueberry Corner for real berry fruit ice-creams and a look at the berry farm.

We finish off with Craft Beer Tastings and pizza at Mata Beer. Mata Beer has won many awards and is owned and operated by a family with a passion for Craft Beer.

Chocolate factory tasting visit on the tuesday and thursday tours.
