Day 1

Mtskheta-Uplistsikhe tour

The tour starts from Tbilisi. Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. The tour begins with a visit to Jvari Monastery (6th -7th cc), the most important religious center and an architectural masterpiece of medieval Georgia. Enjoy breathtaking view from the church that towers over the city of Mtskheta. Continue to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, known as the burial site of Christ's robe and the second largest church in the country. Take an excursion to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town and one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. The town represents a complex of various structures dating from the 12 cent. BC to the 17th cent. AD.

Back to Tbilisi.

Day 2

Kakheti wine tour

The tour starts from Tbilisi. Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel. The tour begins with visiting a private winery «Winery Khareba» in Kvareli town. The premises of the winery include beautiful garden and an excursion in a tunnel-museum of traditional Georgian wine making, and facilities for various workshops. Our next destination is Bodbe monastery and the town of Sighnaghi.

Return to Tbilisi.

Day 3

Tbilisi city tour

Narikala Fortress- 4th century AD;

Holy Trinity Sameba Catherdral- the symbol of new Georgia, the highest church in Georgial;

Metekhi church - The 12th century;

The Bridge of Peace - In 2012 the Bridge of Piece in Tbilisi hit the Top-13 most unusual bridges in the world;

Sulfuric Baths - Built in 17th – 19th centuries;

Mount Mtatsminda - Bombora park, amusement park for children and adults.

Day 4

Kazbegi mountain tour

Early in the morning our driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel in Tbilisi. Your first stop will be at Ananuri complex, a former residence of Argveti Dukes. Complex featuring churches and towers dating back to the XVI-XVII cc. is beautifully overlooking Jinvali reservoir.

Continue our drive over the Cross pass and make a short stop at Soviet time “People’s Friendship” mountain view point overlooking a deep gorge of Caucasus mountain range in Gudauri(ski resort).

In Kazbegi, we will change our vehicle to a four-wheel drive car to reach Gergeti Holy Trinity Church located on altitude of 2170 m, and enjoy breathtaking views of Mt Kazbegi.

Drive back to Tbilisi.

Total tour price includes transfers from/to Tbilisi airport.
