Day 2: Ananuri - Gudauri - Kazbegi tour from Tbilisi

Stop At: Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble, Georgian Military Highway, Ananuri Georgia
The Ananuri is a fortress situated on the foreland by the Aragvi River, not far from Zhinvali water reservoir and about 70 km from Tbilisi, Georgia. It was built by the Dukes of Aragvi and its earliest parts date from the 13th century. The fortress is on the UNESCO Tentative list. The fortress consist of two fortifications joined by a crenellated curtain wall.

Stop At: Gudauri Tour, Tbilisi Georgia
Gudauri is a small touristic settlement and ski mountain resort located at the altitude of 3,000m on the southern slopes of the Lesser Caucasus range of Georgia. Gudauri is situated 120 km from Tbilisi. You can reach it by the Georgian Military Road in about 2 hours by car. Once many well-known writers and poets such as: Alexander Griboedov, Alexander Pushkin, Mikhail Lermontov, Vladimir Mayakovsky and even Alexandre Dumas went by it.

The church is situated on the right bank of the river Chokheri at an elevation of 2170 meters under Mount Kazbegi.

Day 4: Shaori - Nikortsminda tour

Stop At: Nikortsminda Cathedral, Nikortsminda Georgia
Nikortsminda Cathedral is a Georgian Orthodox Church, located in Nikortsminda. Nikortsminda was built in 1010-1014 during the reign of Bagrat III of Georgia. the plan of the church is very unique: from the outside it looks like a cruciform type cross-dome church plan, but on the inside it is revealed to built on a hexagonal design with six equal-spaces columns supporting a circular dome.

Stop At: Shaorskoye Reservoir, Kharistvala Georgia
Shaori water Reservoir is a fabulous place where nature is untouched by humanity. This water attraction is located at 1,100 meters above the sea level, one of the most beautiful region – Racha. Reservoir reaches in length more than 7 kilometers and it is located in Ambrolauri municipality. At a distance of 38km from the town of Ambrolauri. Surrounded by pine forests and amazing nature. Near Shaori Reservoir is one of the most beautiful monuments of ancient architecture – Nikorstminda Cathedral

Day 6: Mestia - Ushguli Tour

Stop At: Mestia Pass, Georgia
Mestia is a highland townlet in northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1,500 metres (4,921 feet) in the Caucasus Mountains. Mestia is located in the Svaneti region of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti province. Historically and ethnographically, Mestia has always been regarded a chief community of Upper Svaneti province.

Stop At: Ushguli Ethnographic Museum, Ushguli 3214 Georgia
Ushguli is a community of four villages located at the head of the Enguri gorge in Svaneti, Georgia. Recognized as the Upper Svaneti UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ushguli is one of the highest continuously inhabited settlements in Europe. Ushguli is known as land of ancient and historical towers. In this region you will have an amazing opportunity to see one of the oldest towers of Svaneti.
