Itinerary
At Namastusik studio in Tel Aviv we practice “conscious nakedness” through tantra-yoga, with the guidance of our amazing teacher and guide, Nemo Sun.
The naked yoga classes were created out of years of experience and practice and are based on honesty, truth and meeting our authentic self, without our regular masks and disguises.
We take off our clothes to reveal our true self, to deepen our connection with our soul and to find peace and quiet from within. We were all born naked and innocent but with time, have slowly disconnected from our body, nudity and sexuality…mainly, from our heart and soul.
Through practicing naked consciousness, we allow ourselves to embark on a journey within, in order to discover our true nature, heal our deepest emotional wounds and rediscover just how amazing we truly are!
