This was our first time in Greece, and we were very much looking forward to what we understood from the advertisement to be an actual cultural event which would allow us to experience Greek music , dance and food in the company of tourists and local people. In fact the two of us were simply plonked down at the very edge table outside the restaurant by the company's attendant, as he called himself. And he left. We were offered a tourist menu with a very limited choice. There was no Viator group or anyone who could assist us and answer our questions. We felt lost and distressed. Out of kindness a waitress took us into the restaurant proper where there was at least a band. The menu did not change. We contacted the Viator representative and spoke to a person who was rude and unhelpful. As a result of this awful experience which cost us several times the price on the menu, our holiday was spoilt. We have used Viator several times in the past and never expected such shoddy treatment .
