Your private Kovalam city tour starts with a pick up from the Hotel / Railway Station. Drive towards the Mukkola village and get a feel of the famous Kerala fish and the nearby vegetable market. Look out for some tuna, Kerimeen or octopus, the specialties of Kerala. Observe a handful of vendors selling fresh mussels.

Visit one of Trivandrum’s busiest fishing harbor - the Vizhinjum Harbour. Treat your eyes to the sight of the days’ catch being brought on fishing boats to the shore, local fishermen gliding into the sea, and women heading to the local markets with fresh sea food varieties.

Then, visit the Balaramapuram Handloom village, famous for producing traditional varieties of handloom textiles. Learn a thing or two about handloom weaving. The village is also known for producing some of the most best quality and exquisite sarees in India.
