Itinerary

This is a very interesting activity which combines both culture and “Nightlife” in the jungle. During the cultural portion, you will learn how our ancestors used medicinal plants (There are over 500 medicinal plant species in Costa Rica). For the nocturnal portion of the tour we will visit a gallery forest (Forest found next to rivers or wetlands) where we’ll have the chance to see up to 22 species of amphibians, two and three toed sloths, caimans, spiders and many other nocturnal creatures. Finally, we’ll enjoy a traditional Costa Rican dinner with a Costa Rican family.

Includes: transportation, naturalist tour guide, flashlights and Costa Rican typical snacks.
