The zipline experience was awesome but the disregard for planning and my safety was horrible, this is why I rated this package as average. I was very disappointed and almost missed my ride back to San Jose because when I arrived in La Fortuna there was no transportation present for me to get to the park so I had to spend $35 for a cab ride to the adventure park. Although it wasn't her fault the lady at the desk was very kind and helped me to still have an opportunity to biplane but the lack of planning and duration of the event almost caused me to miss the bus back to San Jose and possibly my flight the next morning.
