Hiking Day Tour Huangyaguan Great Wall & Qing Tombs from Beijing

Meet your guide at your Beijing Hotel at 7:30am, and travel by private vehicle to Huangyaguang (80 miles away, expected 2.5 driving time).

The entire hiking time is about 3 hours, so that you can have enough time to enjoy hiking along the Wall. Take time to browse at the local souvenir market, or just sit on a step to admire the wonderful scenery with soak in the hundreds of years of history. The tour ends at the statue of General Qi. Then you will have a late lunch in a local farmer’s restaurant where you can enjoy an country flavor meal and cold beer (liquors are extra cost).

Afterwards, then you will West Qing tomb, which was imperial tombs. Visiting one of emperors’ tombs with guide’s presentation. Qing tombs is a world heritage. It was built from 1730 to 1915. 4 emperors, 9 empress, 57 concubines, 8 princes and 2 princesses are buried here. The buildings on the ground are imposing and beautiful. Visitors can also explore the underneath palace. Your guide will tell you the stories of each emperor, and how the tombs of an emperor and an concubine were robbed.

Finish your excursion by receive a drop-off back in Beijing at your hotel.
