The transport to reach the destination Theth is though with minivans, in order to have an on budget tour, exchanging them in Shkodra. Everything is well organized and flow.
Anyhow a 4WD can be provided on request and for an extra charge.

The drive toward Thethi goes through the fields of sage and lavender in the area over Koplik. After the fields the road goes up to 1750 mt altitude at the Qafe e Thores peak, where you can view of the hole peaks around Shala valley. After a few kilometers you will meet Edit Durham lapidary, the English anthropologist, who was one of the first foreign tourist from the 19 century.

During the afternoon in Thethi, after the accommodation in the guesthouse, you will enjoy a easy and pleasant walking down valley to visit the Church of Thethi, its museum and the Lock in tower where you will spent almost one hour hearing the story on how it was used during the local tradition and the Kanun, local old law.

In just three days you will have the possibility to enjoy the beauty of the main destinations of Thethi, like the waterfall and canyon, the bley eye and stone groves, the church and the lock in tower, the accommodation in traditional guesthouses called ‘kulla’; have a dinner with local homemade and organic food, and experience Albanian welcoming in person.

On the second day it will be a hole day hiking on a easy and medium challenge to Nderlysa stone groves and to the blue eye in Kaprre. This is one of the main and most visited destinations of Thethi. The blue eye is a water hole, very deep and blue, placed in the next village of Kaprre.
On the same way to Blue Eye you will meet even the Stone Groves of Nderlysa, these lime stones rose color, where you can stop for a refresh or relax on the natural pool under the bridge.
The return to the guesthouse will be in the late afternoon. Relax time in the green garden of the guesthouse with a refresh drink before the dinner with local dishes.

On the last day in Thethi, starting immediately after breakfast you will proceed to the waterfall and canyon (depending on the time available, according to the breakfast time).
The departure will be around 12.30-13.00 am from the guesthouse door toward Shkodra. After changing again the vehicle you will reach Tirana around 18.00 am of the same day by minivan. Drop off at the starting point at Zogu i Zi area, next to Ring center.
