- Infants (5 years of age and younger) may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If bus seats are required, please make a booking for them at the Child rate. Furthermore, admission to Fuji-Q Highland for infants (5 years of age and younger) is free, but for those using a free pass, please pay an additional infant rate JPY 1,700 - JPY 2,000.
- Time to be spent at Fuji-Q Highland and sightseeing spots may be shortened due to road conditions and other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
- The bus will depart on time. Please give yourself enough time to reach the meeting location in time. Please make sure to confirm the reassembly time (bus departure time for the return trip) with the tour conductor on the day.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- If the Fuji Subaru Line to Mt. Fuji's 5th station is blocked due to road surface freezing, accidents, or weather conditions the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.

- The bus used on the return trip may be different from the bus used on the outbound trip. (Luggage cannot be left on the bus.)
- Tour guide accompaniment ends at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa. From here on, participants are to enjoy their time on their own.
- Please note that customers on other tours will also share the bus.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- The route bus used to return from Fuji-Q Highland bus stop to Tokyo will arrive at Shinjuku, Tokyo, or Ikebukuro. The drop-off location cannot be chosen in advance.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
