Enjoy the flexibility to create your own sightseeing itinerary as you explore Kyoto and Hiroshima on a 3-day tour. Your train tickets and itinerary will be delivered to you at your Tokyo hotel the day before your departure. You choose which of the many incredible temples to see and where to dine in Kyoto and have time to explore this entrancing city at your leisure. Then you’ll continue to Hiroshima where you can see moving memorials to the people who were killed by the atomic bomb in 1945, and learn about the city’s devastation and rebirth. Choose to take a few hours for a quick trip from Hiroshima to Miyajima (own expense) and enjoy the tranquility of the lovely island.

Not much to the tour. Only train tickets and hotel rooms. Hotels were very convenient to the train stations but not that great as for amenities or service. Train instruction were easy to follow even for first timers. Lucky our conceriege at our Tokyo hotel helped us map out stuff to do. Lots to see in Kyoto. Loved the monkeys and the bamboo Forrest and shrines. Hiroshima peace park is a must visit place. Very moving.
First off this was 100 worth it . the bullet train alone made the price it worth it let alone the hotels. the hotels were very nice clean and comfortable! the itinerary was at our hotel waiting for us before we even go to the hotel. it included instructions and the tickets and it was all very simple and well put together we couldnt have asked for an easier time ! we enjoyed our time in both cities however if your wanting to see all that the cities have to offer this might not be for you but you do have enough time to plan out what you want to see and enjoy yourself. we had a blast and it really was an amazing deal !

Exactly as advertised - good connections between hotels and stations and hotels were very nice.
Tickets were waiting for me on check-in at Tokyo hotel with very clear instructions on how to get to the right train, which tickets to show when, hotel address etc that I found very helpful. The hotel in Kyoto was so convenient to the train station, modern, clean and spacious room. Hotel in Hiroshima was also very convenient to station, room size small but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. I did not try any of the in-house dining options as there were so many other choices nearby.
