Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund.
If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggested a new departure date or receive a full refund.
An English or Chinese-speaking tour conductor/staff will provide you some basic information during the tour, but he/she is not responsible for providing any detailed introduction of attractions.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
Meal contents are subject to availability.
Mt Fuji may not be viewed in case of bad weather conditions.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended. You will have to walk up for approx. 20-30 minutes (400 steps) one way to the Mt. Fuji viewing spot at Arakurayama Sengen Park. Please note the bus cannot take you to the viewing spot.
Included fees will not be refunded even if the participant does not use the facilities for whatever reason.
Swimming suit rental is available at Hakone Kowakien Yunessun for an extra fee (men & children JPY 650 tax included, women JPY1,080 tax included). Sizes are as follows: Children - 80～160 cm, Men - M～6Ls, Women - S～4Ls. Special Large size is also available. Please note that since size and stocks are limited, it is recommended that you bring your own swimming suit
Towel rental is available at Hakone Kowakien Yunessun for an extra fee (bath towel JPY100 tax included, face towel JPY50 tax included). Please notice that since towel types and stocks are limited, it is recommended that you bring your own.
