Stop At: Hitachi Seaside Park, 605-4 Mawatari Onuma, Hitachinaka 312-0012 Ibaraki Prefecture

First, the tour head towards Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki Prefecture, a beautiful garden situated on the Pacific Ocean, hence its name. The garden is particularly well-known in the autumn for its kochia (summer cypress) flowers turning the Miharashi Hills into wonderful crimson colors which contrasts nicely with the blue ocean and sky.

After an hour and half wandering through the immaculate garden, the tour moves to the next spot.

Stop At: Mentai Park Oarai, 8255-3 Isohamachō, Oarai, Higashiibaraki-gun, Ibaraki 311-1301, Japan

This is one of the more unique theme parks centered around the popular spicy cod/pollock roe delicacy. For 40 minutes, you can visit the factory and learn about the production process, sample fresh mentaiko and do some souvenir shopping.

Lunch will be an upgraded "Takomeshi" Octopus rice bento box served on the bus en route to Omitama.

Omitama city is known for its cosmos flowers in autumn where an estimated 5 million cosmoses bloom in all their pink and white glory from mid-September to late October. Wander through the fields for 40 minutes, a perfect way to digest your lunch!

Stop At: Yasudakaju Orchards, 708 Shimosaya, Kasumigaura, Ibaraki 315-0067, Japan

With flower viewing over, it’s time to focus attention to fruit picking at Yasuda Kajuen Fruits Farm. You will have 30 minutes to pick and eat as much Kyoho grapes and pears as you can plus pick up to 1kg of chestnuts in an hour. A sweet and refreshing end to the tour!

Stop At: Tokyo Central Railway Station, 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda 100-0005 Tokyo Prefecture

If you started the tour from Tokyo Station, the bus will then head back to Tokyo arriving around 18:15.

Stop At: Shinjuku Station West Exit Parking Lot, Japan, 〒160-0023 Tōkyō-to, Shinjuku City, Nishishinjuku, 1-chōme−5, 西口地下街1号

If you started the tour from Shinjuku Station, the bus will then head back to Shinjuku arriving around 18:30.

  • Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
  • If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggest a new departure date or receive full refund
