There are about 200 species of herbs and flowers at Herb Garden. Flowers blossom can be enjoyed in different seasons, such as azalea in spring (shibazakura during shibazakura festival by Motosuko Lake), lavender in early summer, red leaves in autumn and herbs planted in greenhouse during winter.

Go to Mt. Fuji 5th Station at the elevation of 2400 m! Please enjoy the wonderful scenery. Lunch is served with local cuisine of Japanese hoto miso noodle soup. Hoto is a popular main food in Yamanashi Prefecture. It is basically a noodle soup made with noodle, pumpkin, potato, cabbage, mushroom, meet and fried tofu etc. altogether boiled in Japanese miso soup.

In Tenjoyama Park, the kachi-kachi ropeway was the stage of Japanese writer Osamu Dazai's masterpiece “ Kachi-kachi Mountain”. On the gondola of the ropeway, dolls of rabbit and raccon are decorated, welcoming visitors riding on the ropeway.
By ropeway it takes about 3minutes to the peak of Tenjo Mountain. From the 1075 meters’ observatory, 360 degrees’ panorama of Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchi Lake could be viewed.

- If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to weather conditions, Fuji Fifth Station will not be accessible. In this case, schedule will be changed to Oshino Hakkai.
- Venues for flower viewing will be changed according to flower blossom calendar as below: December to March/ Herb Garden, April to May/ Motosuko Lake Shibazakura Festival or Kawaguchiko Lake Northern Bank Park, June to October/ Herb Garden, November/ Kawaguchiko Lake Northern Bank Park.
- Lunch will be taken by Lake Kawaguchiko, not Mt. Fuji 5th Station. Please kindly be noted.
- Most travelers can participate
- Wheelchair is not accessible to ropeway. Traveler with wheelchair can stroll around Lake Kawaguchiko instead.
