  • The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations. In such cases, the amount of time spent at each location may be shortened. However, this will not be accepted as a reason for booking charge refunds. Mt. Fuji may not be seen due to weather conditions, but the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
  • The blooming conditions of flowers depend on the type of flower, weather conditions, etc., and the peak viewing period may vary for each. The tour will proceed even if only some locations have flowers in bloom. If tour operation is confirmed but a customer cancels due to personal circumstances, the standard cancellation fees will apply.
  • When snow playing is not possible due to the amount of snowfall or when the snow playing venue is closed, etc., customers will be provided 1 ride ticket in place of the snow playing at the snow play venue, or the tour will be guided to another snow playing venue, but refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
  • Children age 5 and younger can participate on this tour free of charge but they will not be provided their own bus seat and will have to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If a seat on the bus is required, please make a booking at the child rate. Also, please note that even if they participate for free, the Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival shuttle bus fee (Feb. - Mar.), snow play venue admission fee, and strawberry picking fee for children age 3-5, and the Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival shuttle bus fee (Feb. - Mar.) for children age 0-2 must be paid on the day of the tour. Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival Shuttle Bus Fee: JPY 160 - JPY 300 Snow Play Venue Admission Fee: JPY 1,000 Strawberry Picking Fee: Until Feb. 10 - JPY 1,100; Feb. 11 - Mar. 10 - JPY 990; Mar. 11-21 - JPY 880
  • For the playing in the snow activity, winter wear, gloves, etc. are not available for rent. Please bring your own waterproof coats, etc. Also, for tours held in mid-winter, please make sure to bring thick coats, gloves, scarves, winter boots, and other items for protection against the cold.
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
