At your selected time, make your own way to studio to meet the calligraphy teacher to meet the Shodo artist and your interpreter. Once settled in, get ready to try your hand at the ancient art of Shodo in this 1.5-hour lesson.

Learn tips and techniques of calligraphy, and practice writing a few words on a piece of special paper. The Shodo master teaches you how to write your name or your favorite words in Japanese and teaches you the meaning of each kanji character as well.

Once you are finished, you can bring the paper back home with you along with works by the teacher.

Your visit concludes at the studio and you make your own way back to your hotel or to your next destination. The office is also close to Ginza area.
