The months of June and July see the grounds full of blooming hydrangeas"AJISAI".

"Kotokuin temple" is a temple with "Great Buddha of Kamakura" which can be said symble of the city.
Great Buddha of Kamakura is also known as "Great Buddha of Hase".
It's designated as a national treasure with the excellent technique and formative beautiful of the Kamakura period.
The Daibutsu's dimensions are 11.4 meters in height, 29.4 meters in circumference with the length of the face, 2.3 meters.

Hokokuji temple is a small Zen temple in Kamakura, its best known for the beautiful, bamboo grove found behind the temple's main hall.
There is a small tea house hidden away behind the bamboo grove, you can sit and enjoy a cup of matcha tea while enjoying views into the bamboo grove.

Zeniaraibenzaiten Ugafuku Jinja Shrine is a popular tourist attraction in Kamakura.
Zeniarai literally means washing money, as its name suggests.
If you wash your money in water, your finances will increase.
