Stop At: Hakone Ropeway, 1251 Sengokubara, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0521 Kanagawa Prefecture

Take to the skies on the Hakone Ropeway and enjoy wonderful panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and Hakone from the air!

Duration: 16 minutes

Stop At: Owaku-dani Valley, 1251 Sengokuhara, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0631 Kanagawa Prefecture

Get off the ropeway and explore this active volcanic zone around the crater of Mt. Hakone. Be amazed by the steam vents and make sure to try the eggs whose shells are blackened by the sulfur.

Stop At: Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Narusawa-mura, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0320 Yamanashi Prefecture

Leave Hakone behind and after a delicious BBQ lunch in Gotemba, visit the symbolic Mt. Fuji. At 2,300m above sea level, the 5th station commands stunning views of the Fuji Five Lakes area below.

Stop At: Oshino Hakkai, 151 Shibokusa, Oshino-mura, Minamitsuru-gun 401-0511 Yamanashi Prefecture

Stroll around a set of 8 ponds in the village of Oshino in the Fuji Five Lakes area. Marvel at the crystal clear water which comes from snow melt that trickles down from Mt. Fuji. A very Instagram-worthy spot!

Stop At: Arakurayama Sengen Park, 3353-1 Arakura, Fujiyoshida 403-0011 Yamanashi Prefecture

Visit the scenic spot famous for viewing Mt. Fuji. The park is also known for its five-story pagoda where visitors scramble for the perfect picture with Mt. Fuji in the background.

Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), Hakone, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0521 Kanagawa Prefecture

Arrive in Hakone and enjoy a cruise across Lake Ashi on board a replica pirate ship. Stunning views of Mt. Fuji can be had on a clear day.

Stop At: Taito Station, Shinjuku South Entrance Game World, 3-35-8 Shinjuku, Shinjuku 160-0022 Tokyo Prefecture

Return to Shinjuku, South Exit around 20:40

Although the details of the work has not yet been decided, if the ropeway service between Owakudani and Togendai is suspended on your tour day, the tour will take the ropeway from Sounzan to Owakudani instead. Any itinerary change will be announced by a staff member on the tour day and the fare difference will be refunded on the same day.
  • Please wear additional layers for the visit to Mt. Fuji 5th Station.
  • Access to Mt. Fuji 5th station may be off limits due to bad weather. In that case, an alternative activity around the Mt. Fuji area will be arranged.
  • Views of Mt. Fuji are not guaranteed in poor weather.
  • Changes to the tour due to the weather or other circumstances are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
  • If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggest a new departure date or receive full a refund
