Asakusa and Sensoji Temple – famous for its enormous red paper lanterns
Ueno Park – the biggest park in Tokyo where you can take a relaxing walk
Akihabara Electric Town – mecca of anime and games lover
Ginza – luxury brand shops and architecture

Harajuku & Omotesando – the young and adult fashion district
Shibuya scramble crossing and Hachiko the Dog Statue
Shinjuku at night – see the neon lights and visit izakaya, traditional Japanese bar

Day 3: Excursion to Hakone

Stop At: Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), Hakone, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun 250-0521 Kanagawa Prefecture
Excursion by train to Hakone Area – mountain area where it is possible to see Mount Fuji on a clear day
Owakudani – a volcanic area where you can eat its famous black egg that’s cooked with sulfuric steam
Cruise on Lake Ashinoko
Visit Hakone Shrine and its big torii in the lake or try an onsen experience

Transfer via shinkansen to Kyoto

Silver Pavillon Ginkakuji – fantastic garden and famous spot for cherry blossom viewing

Stroll the well-preserved geisha area of Gion
