Private Custom Hakone from Tokyo with Pirate Ship Cruise

About this activity
You will be picked up at your hotel in Tokyo at 8am and head to Hakone on the "Romance Car." It will take about 80 minutes to arrive to Hakone-Yumoto station.
Once you arrive, you will head to Gora by "Tozan" train, a train that climbs up the mountain, and from Gora, you will take a cable care to Sounzan.
After this, you will visit the O-Wak-Dani, about 8 minutes from the Sounzan by Ropeway. O-Wak-Dani is an active volcano, with a bubbling and steaming valley. Thereafter, you will visit the Togen-Dai before heading to a lunch of organic food stuff.
After lunch, you will board a Pirate Ship (a sightseeing ship) for approximately 30 minutes. From the boat, you will see a panoramic view of Japan's most famous mountain, Mt Fuji, before heading to the Hakone port and taking a bus back to Hakone Yumoto station.
From Hakone Yumoto station, you will return back to Shinjuku on another "Romance Car" train. You will arrive back to Shinjuku around 7pm.

We had a great day with Toru Kobata, our guide for the day. Clouds precluded a view of Mount Fuji on the boat trip but later, from higher up, it was magestically visible rising up above low cloud. The open air exhibition, and including the Picasso exhibits, were well worth visiting - even our two teenagers appreciated it. Hakone is a very pleasant place, well worth the visit and journeys - we all enjoyed Toru's company too.
