About this activity

1. Meet your guide at Adidas RUNBASE, a sports facility located near Imperial Palace, then change into appropriate clothing. (15 min)
2. Do some stretches to warm up your body before kicking off the running tour. (15 min)
3. Enjoy running through the heart of Tokyo. The more calories you burn, the more rewarding your next pit stop becomes. Some of the streets the tour takes are Akasaka, Aoyama, and Omotesando, all of which are known for being some of the most fashionable streets in Tokyo, lined with high-end boutiques, stylish cafés, and of course, top-notch sweets shops. The tour is expected to stop by at 4 or 5 shops in total. Take a seat at the outside patio and enjoy comparing the various tastes each shop offers. (2. 5 hours)
4. After coming back to the starting point, do some stretching and take a shower. (30 min)
5. You can call it a day here. OR, to end the experience on an even higher note, join your instructor who is a big gastronome for lunch/dinner at one of his favorite restaurants.
