Itinerary

Day 1: Visiting 2 Sake breweries

Stop At: Ishikawa Brewery, 1 Kumagawa, Fussa 197-0003 Tokyo Prefecture
The first destination will be the Ishikawa sake brewery where you can see many Kura（a traditional storehouses in Japan）on their premises. And luckily they craft beer too. They also have a small shop so that you can get some bottles of sake and beer as souvenirs.

Enjoy both their sake, which is called TAMAJIMAN, and the locally brewed beer at their own restaurant.

Wooden traditional tools formerly used to make sake are displayed at this place. You will learn the traditional style of making sake and enjoy sampling a sip of CHIYOTSURU, the brand name of Nakamura sake brewery. A bottle of sake can be purchased on the spot as well.

Spending a luxurious time in Tokyo doesn’t mean only staying at high-end hotels of metropolitan Tokyo. KABUTOYA RYOKAN is a historic Japanese-style inn located on a mountain of Tokyo which reaches an altitude of 750m above sea level.

The traditional Japanese architectural structure, which has the exterior with a thatched roof and the interior with IRORI fireplace, would totally rest your mind.

At dinner time, you will enjoy char-grilled dishes and local wild vegetables while sitting around an IRORI fireplace.

Day 3: Visiting a Sake brewery

Stop At: Ozawa Sake Brewery, 2-770 Sawai, Ome 198-0172 Tokyo Prefecture
Relax in the scenic garden next to this brewery placed along Tama river. Ozawa sake brewery, founded in 1702, is the oldest sake maker around this area. Their brand name is called SAWANOI and there are some types of sake. You will take a guided tour to learn how they are made in their Kura.

After the tour, you will enjoy drinking at the homemade tofu (soybean curd）restaurant, Mamagotoya.
