- The voucher is valid only on the scheduled visit date and time, at your selected store.

- The minimum age requirement for this activity is 18.
- The height requirement for this activity is 145cm to 185cm.
- All karts are for one person only.
- The driver is responsible for any damages to the kart.
- Open-toe shoes are prohibited during this activity
- The 4th and 5th-time slot for each ticket are subject to change according to local circumstances.
- You can still choose to drive when it rains but you will be fully responsible for anything that happens during the ride.
- Rides may be canceled in the case of a heavy storm or other hazardous weather conditions. We will offer a full refund in this case.
- Please pay a non-refundable JPY500 Yen upfront for full coverage (on site). Cash and credit card accepted.
- Insurance are personal property coverage and personal coverage and does not apply to the vehicle.
- Personal property coverage: unlimited // Personal coverage: unlimited // Personal: Up to JPY30,000,000 // Vehicle: Not covered by insurance. Pay up to JPY50,000 when involved in an accident for full coverage for damages.
- Japanese SOFA license or an International driving permit (based on the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic of September 19, 1949) are accepted.
- Please present your driving license and a valid ID on the day. If you provide an invalid or expired ID, and are not able to participate in the activity, we cannot offer you a refund.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers
