Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Mokuhankan - Japanese woodblock prints and more, 1-chōme-41-8 Asakusa, Taito City, Tōkyō-to 111-0032, Japan

Make your own woodblock print in a one-hour session in Asakusa workshop!

This facility has decades of experience at coaching people through the process of making a woodblock print. Their system is not 'Print- making for Dummies', but the method they have created gives excellent results, even for people without previous experience. Come as you are (shop aprons are provided) and because traditional woodblock printmaking uses no dangerous chemicals or fumes, it's completely safe your kids can also join the party (school age and up, please...) It's great fun watching the colors build up one-by-one as your finished print comes to life!

Duration: 1 hour

Having no experience in block printing or art. The staff made this experience a wonderfully fun time and a great souvenir was made. You got to understand how difficult it is to make a wood block print

I went with my 14 yo daughter who likes all sort of art. We enjoyed it very much and David, the artist/owner is such a nice person as is his assistant. You can spend then a couple of hours discovering the veri interesting area around the studio.
