Good morning ! I was just going to put a review on TripAdvisor and other social sites about my experience with ZOOM TOURS. We were a party if four and we were kind of disappointed with certain things. We chose this particular tour as it was starting at 12.00pm. That's what the website and the lady who we called and booked with Viator said so too. Couple of days before the tour we get an email that the tour will start at 1.00pm and the website says it wrong and needs to updated. THIS IS PURE MISREPRESENTATIONOF THE TOUR PACKAGE. Furthermore we were waiting at the pick up point in the cold for 45 minutes and we made a couple of calls as the driver hadn't reached. We were picked up at 1.45 pm. That was quiet frustrating. Secondly ,our cruise was cancelled because of the weather which is understandable but we HAD PAID FOR IT and it was replaced with skylon tower, which is a cheaper replacement.(Almost similar to CN tower which we had been one day before ) Remember I am a party of 4..The other option of JOURNEY BEHIND THE FALLS WAS NOT AN OPTION AS WE REACHED AT 7.05PM AND IT CLOSES AT 7.20PM AND WE DIDN'T WANT TO RUSH . Adding to our dissapointment we didn't get to go down at the floral clock which was very pretty as we just passed by and were told that the winery will close so we can't get down..We love nature, my wife loves nature, we were utterly sad that we couldn't take any pictures of the floral clock. This was the same case with the Chapel which was so nice but couldn't get down as we were late and no pictures again. I paid a lot for the tour but kind of disappointed. The guide Michael was nice but we were not happy as we got a lot ess than what we paid for..We feel that way..I am sorry but I don't want anybody else to be cheated this way..Please advise. Regards, Haresh Samtani PS. This is what the tour details said and moreover we did not get any complimentary bottle of water. Great tour. I just have one issue: The tour says it offers hotel pick up but the night before the tour I get an email stating that because traffic is so bad downtown, I need to meet the bus at a location a mile a way. if you already know traffic was gonna be an issue then don’t list hotel pick up as an option. This isn’t cool at all. I had my kids with me which was why I wanted hotel pick up. You should remove that option from your site.

Fabio and our driver were the best. Actually this was much better than I thought it would be. The under the Falls extra is a must do but a bit chaotic.

Hi, Excellent falls, beautiful day, great experience, however the tour guide was a little rude, also the tour was to be 9 hours ended up being 13hours, poor planning, time wasted, could have been conducted much better, the Sheraton Dinner was good!!

The driver was named Michael Francis. He was a good and careful driver and had lots to tell us about the area as we traveled. The bus was air conditioned with a very small bathroom. The Niagara Falls were so beautiful! Taking the Hornblower boat out was great fun! Near the horseshoe section, it was like standing in a hurricane! Everyone outside was drenched in minutes, but it cooled us down. Unfortunately, the bus arrived about an hour later than it was scheduled to arrive, causing some promised attractions to be unavailable, and waiting was somewhat inconvenient.
