Stop At: Great Lakes Brewery, 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M8Z 1L8 Canada

A fiercely independent owned and operated brewery, Great Lakes celebrated 30 years in the craft beer business in 2017, making them one of the oldest craft breweries in Ontario.

Great Lakes specializes in producing flavourful beers that will be sure to awaken your taste buds with each sip. From unique seasonal ales and premium lagers to our Project X and Tank Ten Series beers, we produce a variety of products to be enjoyed by everyone!

Stop At: Henderson Brewing co, 128 Sterling Rd, Toronto, ON M6R 2B7, Canada

Henderson Brewing company is an award winning, independent, neighbourhood brewery in downtown Toronto. Founded in 2014, Henderson is all about celebrating the stories and culture of our city through the beers we brew.

At Henderson, brewing is a graceful fusion of innovation, creativity and cultivated technique. Our flagship beer, Henderson’s Best, is a modern interpretation of the beers first brewed in Toronto at the beginning of the 19th century.

** NOTE: Sometimes breweries shut down or change their availability on short notice. Therefore, we always reserve the right to substitute this brewery with a similar one, without notice.

Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Junction Craft Brewing, 150 Symes Rd, Toronto, ON M6N 0B1, Canada

Handmade, just like our beer, our brewery is where we celebrate our craft and share our independent spirit.

Tom and Doug launched Junction Craft Brewing in 2011 as a contract brewery. We experienced rapid growth, and in September 2012, we built our first brewery on Cawthra Avenue in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood, right across from the rail tracks.

In 2016 we now have a new home in a massive art deco building called "The Destructor". This custom-built 25 hL brewhouse, along with new canning and bottling machinery allows Junction Craft to brew, package and distribute all products from a single facility for the first time.

Junction Craft Brewing is committed to brewing highest-quality, hand-crafted beers. We brew only with the natural ingredients of Water, Yeast, Barley and the world’s finest Hops.

** NOTE: Sometimes breweries shut down or change their availability on short notice. Therefore, we always reserve the right to substitute this brewery with a similar one, without notice.

Duration: 50 minutes

We took the Eastern Toronto tour on Saturday, April 6th. Our beer Captain "Maddy" was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable not only about the beer but also about the history of the different areas of the city that we were traveling through. It was a fun and entertaining time and the beer was good! We will definitely do this again the next time we are in Toronto.
