Torun Old Town highlights walking tour

At the beginning of the tour pass through the city's historic wall, walk along the town square of Torun, a path once accessible only to powerful monarchs and continue along the way to the Town Hall. There you will have an opportunity to climb the tower to admire a gorgeous panorama of Torun and the Vistula River. Then you will go to the Arthur's Court, the former meeting place of the city’s merchants and on to the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and St. John the Evangelist. While visiting the cathedral, you will get to know the history of Tuba Dei – the third-largest bell in Poland, cast in 1500.

Passing the defensive walls, you will reach the castle ruins of the Teutonic Knights. Then you will try to stand upright under the Leaning Tower. At the end we will have a stop at a scenic spot overlooking the beautiful Vistula River.
