Barcolana 2018, walking tour of Trieste with tasting

Meet your group at 3:30 pm at the Barcolana Experience stand for a guided walking tour in Trieste. The walking tour will start from Piazza Unità d'Italia, through the Ghetto, you will reach Cavana with its narrow streets and antique shops. Then you will pass through the Arco di Riccardo until you reach the city center between the Saba bookshop and the Curto Bridge. There will be a break with tasting of typical products at the Theresia Mittel Bistrot, in the heart of the city.

The Theresia Mittel Bistrot is located in one of the most beautiful spots in downtown Trieste, a chic environment with a magnificent view of Piazza della Borsa from the first floor. The restaurant was once home to the historic Caffè Venezia in the nineteenth century. “Tradition and quality all day, in the heart of Trieste", this is the slogan of the restaurant. The Theresia Mittel Bistrot is of the same property and is adjacent to the local historic Pepi Buffet which will bring a taste of cooked ham and local cheeses, accompanied by local wines.
