Fjord Cruise by Bus

Our mini-bus trip takes you to Kvaløya, an arctic landscape with deep fjords and majestic mountains surrounded by spectacular scenery. We pass through a few historical sites; first we drive to Håkøya island where the German warship Tirpitz were bombarded. We will stop to look at rock carvings from 2600 BC on the place called Hella with its spectacular views and great fishing spots. Next stop will be the idyllic Sommarøy with great, white sand beaches where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Senja. On our way back to Tromsø, we will drive tak a different route on the other side of the island where our next stop will be Ersfjorden. The fjord is surrounded by majestc mountains, and here we will enjoy a snack and hot drinks with an amazing view of the fjord. If we are lucky, we will see eagles and other arctic wildlife or even the orcas and humpback whales during their winter migration. After visiting Ersfjorden, we will drive back to Tromsø, through Kaldfjorden.
