Reindeer Feeding SamiCamp
What to bring: Warm clothes (at least two layers), mittens, hat, good winter boots.
Pick-up time and place: 11:00 (11.00 am) from Radisson Blu Hotel in the weekdays, and at 12:00 Saturday and Sunday.

SamiCamp is located approximately 20-minute drive from Tromsø city centre. At the camp you can learn more about the reindeer and even feed the herd of reindeer. If you are lucky they will feed from your hands! Inside the lavvu (a traditional Sami tent) warm drinks and a traditional Sami meal will be cooked over the fire and then served. After the meal you are invited to gather around the fire and listen to stories about Sami culture, life as a reindeer herder and even listen to the traditional Sami song called ‘joik
