This foraging experience begins when we meet at the Flinders Pier, just a five minute drive from Georgie Bass Cafe & Cookery. This specialty cooking class is all about sourcing what's around us! We'll be picking 'native Aussie ingredients' like wild herbs & edible flowers whilst learning about the seafood varieties off shore. Then it's back to Georgie Bass and in the Miele kitchen we will prepare a restaurant quality dish and accompaniments. Following the cooking, we sit down as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labours. Ideal for all skill levels; and dietary requirements can be catered for with notice.
